1. Service Guarantee

- We guarantee all repairs and services performed on your bike for a period of 30 days from the date of service. If any issues arise related to the work we performed, bring your bike back within this period, and we will address the problem at no additional cost.

2. Appointment Scheduling

- Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure prompt service. Walk-ins are welcome but may be subject to longer wait times.

3. Service Estimates

- Before beginning any repairs, we will provide a detailed estimate of the costs. Any additional work found to be necessary during the repair process will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

4. Service Turnaround Time

- Most repairs will be completed within 24-48 hours. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the availability of parts and the complexity of the repair. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

5. Parts and Labor Warranty

- All parts used in repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor on all repairs is warranted for 30 days. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it under the terms of the warranty, but labor charges may apply if outside the 30-day service warranty period.

6. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or special order parts.

7. Unclaimed Bikes

- Bikes left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of repairs will incur a storage fee of $5 per day. Bikes left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be sold to recover costs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the issues with their bike. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed issues or modifications made by the customer after the repair.

9. Service Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of $20.

10. Safety Disclaimer

- While we take every precaution to ensure your bike is safe and in good working order, we cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that occur after the bike leaves our shop. Please test your bike in a safe environment after service to ensure it meets your standards.
